All Hilltop Bio products are made in a certified ISO 6 cleanroom where all equipment follows strict cleaning and maintenance procedures. Our Quality Assurance team helps Hilltop Bio follow cGMP and cGTP (Current Good Tissue Practices) standards. While we are not accredited as an official tissue bank because we only process animal tissues, we do follow the standards set by the American Association of Tissue Banks as well.
Following these standards and guidelines is very important to us and should be to you as the consumer, too. These standards mean that we go above and beyond to be sure our labs are free and clear of any contaminants and that your products are processed aseptically to ensure safety above all else.
In addition, once products are processed, they then go off to a third party facility to be sure that there are no biological contaminants. No product is released for sale until our Chief Veterinary Officer has reviewed the medical history, serology and final bioburden results of the donor.
