Previously, Amanda served as Managing Partner of a biologics company, where she led operations and commercialization for a regenerative therapy distribution business, gaining hands-on experience in revenue generation, operational discipline, and market positioning. Earlier roles in sales and marketing within PetSmart further shaped her expertise in scaling brands, developing partnerships, and operating within complex, highly regulated environments.

Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science and Business Administration from the University of Vermont.
