At Hilltop BioSciences, Inc. (“Hilltop Bio”), we are committed to ensuring that our veterinary biologic products arrive safely and in optimal condition. Due to the nature of our products, we follow strict packaging and shipping protocols to maintain temperature stability and product integrity.
Shipping Methods & Temperature Control
All Hilltop Bio biologics are shipped with ice packs to control temperature during transit. While our products are room temperature stable up to 80°F (26.6°C) prior to reconstitution, we ship on ice as an added precaution.
- Minimum shipping speed: 2-Day delivery (U.S. only)
- Next Day and Saturday delivery options are available at additional cost
Order Processing & Cutoff Times
- Orders placed Monday through Friday before 4:00 PM EST are eligible for same-day shipment
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST, or on weekends or holidays, will ship the next business day
Weekly Shipping Schedule
To avoid weekend transit delays and ensure product viability:

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We ship to all 50 U.S. states using expedited services with temperature control. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. For time-sensitive deliveries, please select Next Day or Saturday delivery as needed.
International Shipping
Hilltop Bio does ship internationally, though shipping rates and delivery timelines vary by country.
- Some international orders may require a custom shipping quote and may not fall under standard shipping fees.
- If you are placing an international order for the first time, please contact us in advance at orders@hilltopbio.com to confirm availability and shipping logistics.
- We are unable to ship to all countries due to customs restrictions, import/export regulations, or government prohibitions. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that veterinary biologic products may be legally imported into their country.
