Hilltop BioSciences, Inc. – Refund & Returns Policy

At Hilltop BioSciences, Inc. (“Hilltop Bio”), we are committed to the quality of our veterinary biologic products and the satisfaction of our customers. Due to the nature of our products and industry regulations, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Quality Concerns or Product Issues

If you experience an issue with a product, including defects, shipping damage, or if the item does not meet expected quality standards, please contact us immediately at:

We will review your concern promptly and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or credit in select cases.

Non-Returnable Products

Due to the sensitive nature of biologic materials and to maintain compliance with handling and sterility protocols, we cannot accept returned items under any circumstances, including if unopened or unused. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • All veterinary biologics and injectables
  • Refrigerated or temperature-sensitive products
  • Custom-compounded or special-order items
  • Promotional or discounted items

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging in order to initiate a replacement or credit process.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel your order under the EU’s 14-day cooling-off period. However, this right does not apply to perishable, temperature-sensitive, or health-related goods, including veterinary biologics. As such, Hilltop Bio does not offer returns or cancellations for products shipped to the EU that fall into these categories.
