Jon led the transition from incubator space to the full design and buildout of Hilltop Bio’s current laboratory and office headquarters, overseeing construction, cleanroom implementation, logistics, IT and network systems, inventory controls, and vendor management programs. His focus on infrastructure, scalability, and disciplined cost control has helped position the company for continued growth.

Prior to Hilltop Bio, Jon owned and operated a construction business, where he developed hands-on expertise in project management, budgeting, and efficient execution. Earlier in his career, he served as a firefighter and paramedic, experience that shaped his calm, decisive leadership style and ability to operate effectively in high-pressure environments.

Today, Jon oversees day-to-day operations across laboratory support, manufacturing coordination, shipping and receiving, and internal systems. Known for his practical, solutions-oriented approach, he focuses on streamlining processes, strengthening operational infrastructure, and ensuring the organization runs efficiently and responsibly as it continues to scale.
