Joycalyn Wininger, CCO
Joycalyn Wininger is Chief Commercial Officer of Hilltop Biosciences, where she leads the company’s commercial strategy across equine and canine regenerative medicine. She is responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion, and brand positioning while building scalable, disciplined commercial capabilities aligned with Hilltop Bio’s long-term scientific and strategic vision.
With more than a decade of senior leadership experience in animal health and biopharmaceuticals, Joycalyn brings a proven track record of launching innovative products, building high-performing teams, and managing complex, high-value partnerships. At Hilltop Bio, she oversees sales, marketing, and strategic partnerships, with a focus on data-driven execution, operational rigor, and customer-centric growth. Her leadership emphasizes sustainable scaling, talent development, and strong alignment between commercial execution and corporate objectives.
Prior to Hilltop Bio, Joycalyn held senior roles at Zoetis, where she led Equine Major Accounts and managed multimillion-dollar corporate partnerships, group purchasing organizations, and distribution relationships. Under her leadership, partnerships consistently delivered double-digit growth and industry-leading customer engagement, outperforming broader business benchmarks. Previously, she served in multiple leadership roles at Kindred Biosciences, including Equine Business Unit Lead and National Sales Manager. She played a key role in launching the company’s first FDA-approved products, expanding the product portfolio through business development, and supporting the team through its $440 million acquisition by Elanco Animal Health.
