Hilltop Bio Announces Formation of Canine Advisory Board to Advance Veterinary Innovation

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Norwood, MA — April 2026 Hilltop Bio, a company dedicated to developing veterinary products that support the body’s natural processes, is proud to announce the formation of its new Canine Advisory Board, further strengthening its commitment to advancing care for companion animals.

This newly established advisory board brings together a select group of respected veterinary professionals with deep expertise in canine health, clinical practice, and emerging therapeutic approaches. The board will provide strategic guidance, clinical insights, and real-world perspective to support Hilltop Bio’s growing portfolio of canine-focused solutions.

The inaugural members of Hilltop Bio’s Canine Advisory Board include:

  • Rohit Malhotra, DVM, MBA
  • Jerrod Johnson, DVM, DAVBP, FFCP
  • Rachel Ramesar, DVM, ACVA, FFCP
  • Jennifer Welser, DVM, DACVO

The Canine Advisory Board complements Hilltop Bio’s already strong veterinary leadership team, led by Chief Veterinary Officer Dr. David Dutton, who brings extensive experience in equine medicine, and Dr. Marc Bordelon, Director of Technical Services, who leads the company’s canine-focused clinical and technical initiatives.

“We are incredibly excited to welcome this group of advisors,” said Amanda Drobnis, CEO. “Their expertise will be invaluable as we continue to expand our work in the canine space and deliver solutions that meet the evolving needs of veterinarians and the animals they care for.”

Hilltop Bio’s approach centers on biologically derived materials designed to complement tissue environments and help manage inflammatory responses—offering veterinarians science-informed alternatives that align with the body’s natural healing processes.

The addition of the Canine Advisory Board reflects the company’s broader strategy to deepen collaboration with veterinary professionals and ensure its innovations are grounded in clinical reality and practitioner insight.

“Our goal has always been to partner closely with the veterinary community,” added Dr. Bordelon. “This advisory board is an important step in making sure we’re listening, learning, and building solutions that truly support veterinarians and improve outcomes for canine patients.”

Hilltop Bio will continue to expand its advisory network across both canine and equine sectors as part of its mission to help every animal thrive.
