Case Presentation
Patient presented with lameness in LF that had persisted for about a year prior to office visit. Pain was localized to shoulder joint at the insertion point of bicep tendon. Owner had been attempting at-home management with joint supplements. Radiographs ruled out bony abnormalities.l
Treatment
On initial visit, patient was administered shockwave therapy which seemed to improve his condition somewhat. Patient was then given one injection of Regenaflex-K9.
Recheck Examination
Two weeks post-injection, Dr. Minnich observed total improvement in lameness.
